How much can I actually earn per placement?

Bonus amounts vary by role, rate, and contract duration — but they are clearly defined in your Partner Agreement before you start. Higher-rate placements and longer contracts pay more. Bench sales pros placing senior consultants typically see the strongest payouts.

Is there any registration fee or hidden cost?

No. Joining StaffingHub is free for vetted professionals. We never charge freelancers to be part of the network. We earn when placements close — same as you.

When and how do I get paid?

Payouts are issued after the placed consultant completes their first 30 days on the project (so we know the placement stuck). Payment method and currency are confirmed during onboarding based on your location.

Do I need to give up my current job or other work?

No. StaffingHub is a freelance partner network. You can keep your existing job, run your own agency, or freelance independently. We just want serious people who deliver when they commit to a placement.

Is this legal? Is it compliant with US staffing regulations?

Yes. StaffingHub is a referral and partner-network model — common and lawful in the US staffing industry. We work only with consultants authorized to work in the US, we don't sell visa sponsorship, and every relationship is governed by a written Partner Agreement. We expect our freelancers to operate to the same standards.

What kind of consultants do you work with?

Experienced US IT professionals across data engineering, cloud, DevOps, full-stack, QA, SAP, Salesforce, cybersecurity, and other in-demand domains. All consultants we represent are work-authorized in the US.

Will my contact details or vendor list be shared with anyone?

No. Your contacts and relationships remain yours. We share bench data and opportunities inside the network only with vetted members under NDA. Confidentiality flows both ways.

What if I don't have W2 or vendor contacts yet — can I still join?

If you have other relevant experience (US IT recruiting, lead gen, sourcing), yes — apply. We'll discuss the best earning path for you on the vetting call. We don't accept total beginners with no industry experience.
